Q: Do you offer returns if something doesn't work out?
Because of the nature of selling second hand, I am unable to provide refunds or returns on items purchased; all sales are final. I aim to provide as MUCH detail and visualization of each item as possible, including fabric content (if applicable) brand, measurements, etc. 

Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of placement. If you have an issue or question about your order, please shoot an email to hello@marigoldcurated.com and we will be happy to help in any way.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
We do! Simply use the code LOCAL in the coupon code section and it will take off your shipping. Please include your email in your checkout information as we will use that contact you once your order is ready for pickup. 

Q: Can I sell clothes to you?
We are now accepting the option of selling your clothes to Marigold, yes! Please check out our Selling With Marigold page for more details before you bring items in. 

 Q: I have two coupon codes I need to use, but I can only use one per purchase  What do I do? 
If you would like to use a deal code AND your local code, unfortunately our website is unable to support two codes at this time. Use one of them, and shoot us an email at hello@marigoldcurated.com with the code you weren't able to use and we will refund you.

Q: How do I know how to use the waist sizes you've provided for skirts and jeans?
The waist measurement I provide is the actual circumference of the skirt or pants. Depending on where you'd like to wear the item, the measurement you are looking for is going to be quite different! For example, my "true waist" measures about 28" inches, so if I want to wear a skirt high up (high rise), that's what I'll be looking for. In between my waist and hips (so, mid-rise) measures about 34", so if I want a skirt to fall a little lower on me, that's the measurement I will look for. 

Q:I had something in my cart and it was gone when I tried to checkout, can you fix this?
This is such a bummer! Because each item is unique, there is only one available of each most of the time. Whoever completes checkout first receives the item, and unfortunately there is no way around this on our end. So sorry!

Q: Do you ship worldwide? 
We do! During checkout you will be able to estimate shipping costs to wherever you are located.

Q: I placed multiple orders separately, can you combine them for me? 
If we catch that you have multiple orders, we do try to combine them when possible, but there are no guarantees, so do try and make sure you've taken a look at everything you want before you complete the checkout process!
