This navy neutral jacket is a classic for spring time. Has lots of great pockets, is not too stiff, and would be so cute with the sleeves rolled up! I think this would be great as an oversized women's look. Measures 24" pit to pit and 30" shoulder to hem, sleeve length from shoulder to hem is 26"
